I don’t know anyone in their right mind who truly enjoys working out. But, I guess if it has to be done you might as well do it high-tech. Nike says that every new running shoe coming out by the end of this year will be enabled with an iPod kit built into the sole of the shoe.
Apparently people are getting more and more anal about wires being hooked up to their arm when running.
